How to play Card Clash

The original color-and-number matching game. First to empty their hand wins the round.

The basics

  • Everyone gets 7 cards. Match the top discard by color or number/symbol.
  • Can't play? Draw a card. If it's playable you may play it immediately.
  • Empty your hand to win the round and score points from everyone else's cards.

Action cards

  • Skip ⤫ — next player loses their turn.
  • Reverse ⇄ — flips direction. With two players it acts as a Skip.
  • Draw Two +2 — next player draws 2 and is skipped.
  • Wild ★ — play any time, choose the next color.
  • Wild Draw Four ★+4 — choose the color, next player draws 4 and is skipped. Only playable when you hold no card matching the current color.

Last card rule

  • Down to one card? Hit LAST CARD fast.
  • If you forget, another player can catch you — penalty: draw 2.

Scoring

Number cards are worth face value, action cards 20, wilds 50. Round winner collects the total of everyone's hands.

Rooms persist

Rooms stay open between rounds — play again instantly, invite more friends, reconnect after a refresh with the same link.
